Menu Plan Tab

Menu Plans allow you to enter items and calculate the nutritional values for the estimated feeding figure. Once your menu plan has been added, you can view these calculations and determine if it meets the recommended dietary guidelines. You can also perform a nutrient search to determine what foods can be added to the Menu Plan to meet USDA guidelines.

Select what this item's contribution is to a meal.This information can be displayed on the menu plan. You can also specify if you want to exclude the item when generating orders from Menu Plan requirements or Production Schedule requirements.
