HACCP

The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) page opens when you select HACCP in the WebSMARTT Home page. It is the main menu for setting up and monitoring HACCP menu items. Select from the HACCP page menu items to add processes, modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Critical Control Points (CCPs), associate menu items with customized processes, and monitor and view temperature records.

The HACCP option won't appear on the WebSMARTT Home page unless you have configured EZ Views in Setup | District for HACCP.

Before attempting to use the HACCP feature, you must download a data package from Customer Connect with initial Processes, Operational Steps, Food Safety Checklists, and Critical Control Points. Before you download this data package, the HACCP feature is essentially non-functional.

Monitoring

View Temperature Records
On the View Temperature Records page, you can search for temperature records.

Record Temperature by Item
On the Record Temperature by Item page, you can enter information for each item that you serve or use as an ingredient. 

Setup/Reference

Processes
On the View Processes page, you can view standard HACCP processes as well as create or edit user-defined processes.

Operational Steps
On the Operational Steps page, you can find created operational steps, edit existing steps, and create critical control points with corrective actions.

SOPs
On the Standard Operating Procedures page, you can find existing SOPs and create new SOPs.

Food Safety Checklists
On the Food Safety Checklist page, you can find existing food safety checklists and create new checklists.

Other References
On the Other References page, you can find links to outside references for more information on HACCP.

Associations
New Association
On the New Association page, you can create a new HACCP association.

View All Associations
On the View All Associations page, you can view, edit, and delete existing associations.

View Association Information
On the View Association Information page, you can view detailed association information for an item ID or inventory category.

View HACCP Monitored Items
On the View HACCP Monitored Items page, you can see a list of all HACCP-monitored items along with the HACCP processes associated with that item for each site type.

Reporting
Select Reports
On the Select Reports page, you can view and print HACCP worksheets, SOPs, and Food Safety Checklists.

Quick Search
Use Quick Search to search more effectively and navigate more quickly through the HACCP features.
