Step 4: Review Information

Step 4 of the Allocation Wizard is reviewing the information entered in the previous steps and accounting for Average Daily Participation (ADP) values.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.

Description
The Description field displays the description of the item.

District Allocation Qty | Unit
The District Allocation Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and the type of unit of the item in the district allocation.

Site ID
The Site ID field displays the site's ID.

Site Name
The Site Name field displays name of the site to allocate items to.

Average Daily Participation
The Average Daily Participation field is populated with values from EZ Views. You can change the Average Daily Participation (ADP) values if needed by selecting the field and entering new values. The new values entered will not be communicated back to EZ Views.

%
The percentage (%) sign displays the percent ADP based on the ADP number entered.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to create a commodity allocation and returns you back to the Ordering page.

Previous
The Previous button returns you to Step 3.

Perform Allocation
The Perform Allocation button proceeds to Step 5 after the ADP values have been confirmed.
