Step 2: Assign Quantities

Step 2 of the Allocation Wizard assigns the quantities to be allocated.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.

Description
The Description field displays the description of the item.

District Allocation Qty | Unit
District Allocation Qty ǀ Unit consists of two fields. The Qty field allows you to enter the quantity of the item in the district allocation. The Unit drop-down list allows you to select the type of unit of the item in the district allocation.

Allocation Type
The Allocation Type drop-down list allows you to select the type of allocation for the item.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to create a commodity allocation and returns you back to the Ordering page.

Previous
The Previous button returns you to Step 1.

Next
The Next button proceeds to Step 3 after the quantities have been assigned to the item.
