Step 3: Select Sites

Step 3 of the Allocation Wizard involves selecting sites to which items are allocated.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.

Description
The Description field displays the description of the item.

District Allocation Qty | Unit
The District Allocation Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and the type of unit of the item in the district allocation.

Selected Sites
The Selected Sites field displays the sites that you select for allocation.

Available Sites
The Available Sites field displays all sites that are available for selection. To move an available site to the Selected Sites field, select the site and use the directional arrows to move the site.

Selected Site Groups
The Selected Site Groups field displays the site groups that you select for allocation.

Available Site Groups
The Available Site Groups field displays all site groups that are available for selection. To move an available site group to the Selected Site Groups field, select the site group and use the directional arrows to move the site group.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to create a commodity allocation and returns you back to the Ordering page.

Previous
The Previous button returns you to Step 2.

Next
The Next button proceeds to Step 4 after the selected sites or site groups are chosen.
