Scalable Recipe Report (Item Management)

The Scalable Recipe Report page allows you to search for and display the recipe ingredients required to produce a specific recipe serving or production unit. You enter the quantity and measurement to be produced and then run the scale report.

The first step to running a Scalable Recipe report is to find the item or recipe you would like to scale. You can either search for an individual item to scale or find a menu plan that you wish to scale.

Searching for an Item

Item
Under Item, enter the Item ID of the item you would like to scale.

Magnifying Glass Button
Once you enter the name of the item ID, select the magnifying glass to search for the desired item.

View
Click View to be taken to the next screen, where you can select how to scale the recipe.

Searching for a Menu Plan

Sites or Site Groups
Use the radio buttons for Sites and Site Groups to filter your search results by sites or site groups.

Menu Plan Date Range
Under Menu Plan Date Range, select a beginning and end date to filter the list by a given range of dates.

Menu Type
Use the Menu Type drop-down menu to filter search results by menu type, such as Breakfast or Lunch.

Menu Plan Stage
Use the Menu Plan Stage drop-down menu to filter search results by their stage of production, such as Planning Complete or Served.

Cycle Name
Use the Cycle Name drop-down menu to filter search results by cycle.

Search
Click Search to display a list of menu plans based on search criteria entered in the previous fields.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates any requests to search for a scalable report and returns you back to the Item Management page.
