Select Reports (Menu Planning & Production)

The Menu Plan & Production Reports page allows you to select a menu plan and production report to view or print.
Main Report Filters
The following filters are present for every type of report.
Report Name
The Report Name field is a drop-down list that allows you to select which type of report you want to view and print.
Available Sites
Click this option if you want the report to be generated for a specific site. Then, select the site from the drop-down menu below the selected option.
Available Site Groups
Click this option if you want the report to be generated for a group of sites. Then, select the site group from the drop-down menu below the select option.
Date Range
Enter a starting and ending date that will be used to determine the time covered by the report.
Display Type
Select from the drop-down the way that your report will be viewed, either using the Report Viewer or as a PDF.
Other Report Filters
The following filters are specific to some reports and will appear when certain reports are selected.
Meal Session
Use the checkboxes to narrow the report by items present in either Breakfast or Lunch meal sessions.
Menu Type
This drop-down is used to specify which specific menu type will be on the report.
Menu Plan Status
This drop-down is used to specify which stage of menu planning (for example, Planning Complete or Generating Orders) will be represented on the report.
Production Status
The Production Status drop-down is similar to the Menu Plan Status drop-down but is used for production rather than menu planning.
Origin Country
The Origin Country drop-down is used to specify which country that items originate from when generating a Menu Plan Item Origin Report.
Origin State
The Origin State drop-down is used to specify which state that items originate from if "United States of America" was chosen as the Origin Country.
View
The View button opens the selected report and displays it based on the previously selected values.
Cancel
The Cancel button returns you to the Menu Planning and Production homepage.
