Daily Production Report-Nutrient Standards
The Daily Production Report-Nutrient Standards report displays menu plan items planned, prepared, and served for a given date range grouped by meal contribution. This report can be generated by site.
Daily Production Report Worksheet-Nutrient Standards
The Daily Production Report Worksheet-Nutrient Standards report displays menu plan items planned, prepared, and served for a given date range grouped by meal contribution. This blank report can be used for recording information throughout the production day.
Food Nutrient Based Production Report
The Food Nutrient Based Production Report displays the production record for a site or group of sites.
Food Nutrient Based Production Worksheet (Blank)
The Food Nutrient Based Production Worksheet allows you to fill-in a blank production record.
Frequency - Items Report
The Frequency - Items report details how often items appear on menus, either by themselves or as ingredients in recipes, during a specified date range. This report can be narrowed by Menu Type, Menu Plan Status, and by using a range of Item IDs.
Frequency - Recipes Report
The Frequency - Recipes report details how often recipes appear on menus during a specified date range. This report can be narrowed by Menu Type, Menu Plan Status, and by using a range of Item IDs.
Menu Plan Allergens by Item
The Menu Plan Allergens by Item report can be generated by site for any given date range and displays the allergens contained in each item on the menu plan.
Menu Plan Item Origin
The Menu Plan Item Origin report generates a list of items that are used on menu plans and in recipes, and can be filtered by origin country and state. This report shows basic food and non-food items that are on menu plans or used in recipes on menu plans.
Menu Plan Nutrients by Item
The Menu Plan Nutrients by Item report can be generated by site for any given date range and displays the nutrient information for each item on the menu plan. A weighted daily average is also provided for each menu plan displayed on the report.
Note: The trans fat value is provided for informational purposes only and is not used for monitoring purposes.
Menu Plan Recipe Detail
The Menu Plan Recipe Detail Report displays all items on a menu for each day in the selected date range, along with recipe ingredients.
Menu Plan Status Report
The Menu Plan Status Report displays the menu plan status for a site or group of sites.
Planned vs. Actual Report
The Planned vs. Actual Report displays the planned number of servings of items, based on menu plan projections, and the actual number of items served for a selected date range.
Planned vs. Actual - Cycles
The Planned vs. Actual - Cycles Report displays the planned number of servings of items, based on the menu cycle's forecast, and the actual number of items served on the menu plan for a selected date range.
Post-ProductionWorksheet
The Post-Production Worksheet displays the ingredient usage summary for a production schedule item used for a site.
Pre-ProductionWorksheet
The Pre-Production Worksheet assigns a recipe to be prepared for future consumption. The Pre-Production Worksheet shows what needs to be made based on the projections made in the menu plan.
Production Schedule Status Report
The Production Schedule Status Report displays the production schedule status for a site or group of sites.
Production Status Report
The Production Status Report displays the production status for a site or group of sites.
Trip Log
The Trip Log report is used to track when each class picks up food during a trip. The fields on the right are used to record the details of the served items, such as pickup time and temperature of menu items, and the bottom fields let you make notes or special instructions.
