List of Inventory Reports

This section lists the various reports available in the Inventory module. 

Extended Stock Status by Class
The Extended Stock Status by Class report displays extended stock status by site within each class.

Financial Class Summary
The Financial Class Summary report displays the inventory value by financial class category.

Inventory On Hand
The Inventory On Hand report displays all inventory items that are currently available.

Inventory Status
The Inventory Status report displays the state of inventories within a selected date range.

Inventory Transactions
The Inventory Transactions report displays the movement of items in the inventory.

Invoice Reconciliation
The Invoice Reconciliation report displays a list of received items (or, optionally, items pending being received) grouped by invoice. This allows users to reconcile orders received in WebSMARTT to vendor invoices.

Physical Inventory-Blind
The Physical Inventory-Blind worksheet displays a list of physical inventory items sorted by Bin location. All items displayed are currently in inventory without revealing the expected count. Although Level 3 quantities appear on the worksheet, you cannot enter them into WinSNAP.

Physical Inventory-Blind by Item
The Physical Inventory-Blind by Item worksheet displays a blind list of physical inventory items sorted by Item. All items displayed are currently in inventory without revealing the expected count. Although Level 3 quantities appear on the worksheet, you cannot enter them into WinSNAP.

Physical Inventory-On Hand
The Physical Inventory-On Hand worksheet displays a list of physical inventory items sorted by Bin location and Item ID. Although Level 3 quantities may appear on the worksheet, you cannot enter them into WinSNAP.

Physical Inventory-On Hand by Item
The Physical Inventory-On Hand by Item worksheet displays a list of physical inventory items to compare to the actual inventory sorted by Item ID. Although Level 3 quantities may appear on the worksheet, you cannot enter them into WinSNAP.

Physical Inventory Worksheet-All Bins
The Physical Inventory Worksheet-All Bins worksheet displays a list of physical inventory items, sorted by Bin location and Item ID. Although Level 3 quantities appear on the worksheet, you cannot enter them into WinSNAP.

Physical Inventory Worksheet-All Lots
The Physical Inventory Worksheet-All Lots worksheet displays a list of physical inventory items, sorted by Bin location and Item ID. Although Level 3 quantities appear on the worksheet, you cannot enter them into WinSNAP.

Site Item-Extended Cost
The Site Item-Extended Cost report displays the extended cost value for the inventory on hand by site. Items are grouped by Item Category.

Stock Status
The Stock Status report displays the items in stock, due in and committed.
