Order Management Reports

The Select Reports link opens the Reports page. The Reports page allows you to select a report to view filtered by site and item.

Select a report to view
The Select a report to view drop-down list allows you to select a report to view or print.

Choose the sites from which to filter the report
Three options are available to select the sites from which to filter the report.

All
The All radio button allows you to select from all sites available to view or print.

Site Group
The Site Group radio button allows you to select a specific site group from a drop-down list. The drop-down list is active only when the Site Group radio button has been selected.

Site
The Site radio button allows you to select a specific site from a drop-down list. The drop-down list is active only when the Site radio button has been selected.

Choose the items from which to filter the report
Three options are available to select the items from which to filter the report.

All
The All radio button allows you to select all items available to view or print.

Inventory Category
The Inventory Category radio button allows you to select a specific inventory category from a drop-down list. The drop-down list is active only when the Inventory Category radio button has been selected.

Item ID
The Item ID radio button allows you to enter a specific Item ID. The Item ID field is active only when the Item ID radio button has been selected.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to view or print a report and returns you back to the Ordering page.

View
The View button opens the report filtered by the report criteria entered. The report will open in a new window.
