Physical Inventory

The Physical Inventory section allows you to create a physical inventory for an item.

After clicking Physical Inventory, the Physical Inventory Start section allows you to select and locate an item to begin the process of creating a physical inventory.

All Lots
The All Lots radio button allows you to create a physical inventory for an item from all lots.

All Bins
The All Bins radio button allows you to create a physical inventory for an item from all bins.

Cycle Count
The Cycle Count radio button allows you to create a physical inventory for an item from a cycle count.

Cycle
The Cycle drop-down list allows you to select a specific cycle to begin creating a physical inventory.

Number of Items to Count
The Number of Items to Count field allows you to enter the number of the items to count towards creating a physical inventory.

Single Item
The Single Item radio button allows you to create a physical inventory on a single item.

ID
The ID field allows you to enter a specific item ID to begin creating a physical inventory.

User Defined
The User Defined radio button allows you to create a physical inventory for an item from a user defined bin and category.

Bin Type
The Bin Type drop-down list allows you to select a specific bin type to begin creating a physical inventory.

Inventory Category
The Inventory Category drop-down list allows you to select a specific inventory category to begin creating a physical inventory.

Start Inventory
The Start Inventory button begins the process of creating a physical inventory based on the criteria entered on the Physical Inventory Start page.

Reset
The Reset button resets all editable values to their default settings.
When resetting, you will prompted to confirm your changes before resetting the values.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to order by item and returns you to the previous page.
