PIN Letter

Description
This report prints the information displayed on the Customer Information page. The PIN Letter prints a letter informing the student of their personal identification number (PIN) and how the customers will use it.
This letter will print in Spanish if the customer's language is set to Spanish on the Customer Information page. If there are no matching records for the selected range, the program will leave the name and address fields on the letters blank and the text of the letter will print in both English and Spanish text. If this occurs, re-select the Report and Range and try again.

When to Print this Report
This report should be printed once customers are added to the system. This letter is helpful when first implementing WinSNAP, and as a friendly reminder to students and parents during the beginning of a new school year.
