Cards 12 Digit

Description
This report prints the information displayed on the EZ Views | Customer | Information tab. This report is sorted by the Customers.CustomerIDfield.
The customer reporting screen for 8 & 12 digit Bar Code Cards has been updated to include a report parameter option giving users the capability to print cards for specific customer IDs.
The Cards (12-digit) only print on proprietary card stock. You must buy this from Heartland School Solutions OR use the Labels report which prints on Avery stock paper.

To print a single ID card, select Customer ID in the Range drop-down box and then enter the customer's ID number into the Start Range and End Range fields.

When to Print this Report
This report should be printed once customers are added to the system. Print when the system is first implemented, as needed for new students and replacement cards, and possibly at the beginning of the new school year.
The 8 1/2 by 11 cardstock for printing cards is available through Heartland School Solutions. You can obtain the cardstock yourself through an office supply store using the following information. The measurements are reflected in centimeters vs inches to give you a more precise measurement. Each sheet contains 10 cards. The margins of the card is 7 1/4 cm in length and 4 3/4 cm in height. The margins of the cardstock page are: top - 3 cm; bottom - 1 3/4 cm; left - 3 3/4 cm; and right - 3 1/2 cm.
This report needs to have Report Type equal to Bar Codes.

Report Parameters
1. Enter the Customer ID's that you want printed in the blank.
2. Select the Add button.
The ID appears in the list box to the right.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for all IDs.
4. Select whether to print the ID numbers on the cards.
5. Select whether to print the home rooms on the cards.
6. Select the View button.
The report opens.
7. Select the Print button to print.
