Labels
Description
This report prints the information displayed on the EZ Views | Customer | Information tab. This report is sorted by the Customers.CustomerIDfield. The Labels print the customer bar codes in label format. This report needs to have Report Type equal to Bar Codes. If your district is using labels to create customer ID cards, there will be times when you want to print just new students or students that need replacement cards, see the topic Printing New or Replacement Labels in the WinSNAP online Help for additional information.
When to Print this Report
This report should be printed once customers are added to the system. The labels can be printed then attached to a card. Print when the system is first implemented, as needed for new students and replacement cards, and possibly at the beginning of the new school year.
Report Parameters
- Enter the Customer IDs that you want printed in the blank.
- Select the Add button.
The ID will appear in the list box to the right. - Repeat steps 1-2 for all IDs.
- Select whether to print the ID numbers on the cards.
- Select whether to print the home rooms on the cards.
- Select the View button.
The report will open. - Select the Print button to print.
