Description
This report prints the information displayed on the EZ Views | Customer | Prepayment tab. If using myLunchMoney.comyou may want to use the low balance letter designed for this function. The wording varies slightly from the regular letter. These reports can be found on the WinSNAP installation CD – Resource\Credit Card Folder.
This letter will print in Spanish if the customer's language is set to Spanish on the WinSNAP Customer | Information Tab. If there are no matching records for the selected range, the program will leave the top portion of the letter blank, and the text of the letter will print in both English and Spanish text. If this occurs, re-select the Report and Range and try again.

When to Print this Report
The Low Balance Letter prints a letter to the parent or guardian informing them of their child's low account balance.
