Custom School Fields

Custom School Fields

Custom school fields have been added and are used in custom reports/exports. For additional assistance, please contact Support.

Step 1: From the Administration and Maintenance tab, locate and click on Miscellaneous Setup. Then, select Custom School Fields


Step 2: Establish School Field details. Then, click Ok.

  • Description - Enter a short description for the field.
  • Field Name - Enter a field name or field code.
  • Data Type - Use the drop-down menu to select the correct data value.

    By selecting String, custom text can be entered. See example in Step 4.

  • Full Description - Use the drop-down menu to enter a full description of the field.


Step 3:  From the Administration and Maintenance tab, locate and click on Miscellaneous Setup. Then, select Schools.


Step 4: Locate the custom school field columns and place a checkmark in columns and enter custom text (where applicable) to include information on custom exports. Then, click Ok.
