New Features

Posting Corrections Scheduled Job

We have added a new Scheduled Job for Posting Corrections. The posting corrections task will automatically be able to correct cross-site reimbursable meals by retaining the "Reimbursable" or "Area Eligible" purchase type for the first transaction, and converting all subsequent transactions to a purchase type of "At Cost".

Enhancements

Claim and Federal Edit Check will now automatically handle students in mixed CEP districts.

We have updated Newton to automatically handle visiting students in mixed CEP districts based on the Claim Served Meals at School setting. If At this school is selected, meals will be claimed at the serving site. If At the student’s enrolled school is selected, meals will be claimed at student’s enrolled school.
Note: If At the student’s enrolled school is selected, the price the student is charged for the meal will be determined by the Price Category Mapping Template of the serving school.

CEP warning when saving Cafeteria

When saving a cafeteria or school, users will now receive a warning if a CEP school is configured to claim its meals at a non-CEP school. The warning message will display the mismatch in Area-Eligibility Modes.
