Release Goal

The goal of this release was to add alerts for scheduled job failures and to move program executables out of the user profile to support districts that are implementing stricter security policies for their users.

The following enhancements and modifications were made since version 12.0.4.

New Features

We have added the ability for users to configure alert emails when a task fails in a scheduled job.

Admin & Maintenance | System Settings | Email
We added the ability for administrators to define a list comma separated list of email addresses that will receive notifications for Scheduled Job failures.


Admin & Maintenance | Advanced Setup | Scheduled Jobs | Select a Scheduled Job
We added the ability for users to toggle whether the system should send an email alert if the task fails.
