Recommended Dietary Allowances

The Setup Recommended Dietary Allowances page allows you to add or edit recommended dietary allowances by grade or age.

Age Range
The age range of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed.

Meal Type
The meal type of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed.

Calories
The number of calories of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed.

Total Fat*
The total fat of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed.

Saturated Fat*
The saturated fat of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed.

Protein (g)
The protein of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed in grams.

Calcium (mg)
The calcium of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed in milligrams.

Iron (mg)
The iron of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed in milligrams.

Vit A (RE)
The vitamin A of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed in micrograms of retinol equivalents.

Vit A (IU)
The vitamin A of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed in international units.

Vit C (mg)
The vitamin C of the recommended dietary allowance is displayed in milligrams.

Source
The source displays where the recommended dietary allowance originated.

Delete
The Delete button allows you to delete the recommended dietary allowance for the selected grade or age. Only "Local" items can be added and/or deleted.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to view and add recommended daily allowances and returns you back to the Menu Planning and Production page.

Print
The Print button prints the recommended daily allowances displayed.

Add Custom RDA by Grade
The Add Custom RDA by Grade allows you to create a custom recommended daily allowance by grade.

Add Custom RDA by Age
The Add Custom RDA by Age allows you to create a custom recommended daily allowance by age.
