Menu Plan Change Reasons
The Menu Plan Change Reasons page allows you to specify reasons for changing menu plans so that the changes may be tracked when reviewing menu plans.
Adding a Reason
To add a menu plan change reason, click the Add button near the bottom of the page.
After clicking Add, blank fields will display at the bottom of the list of reasons. Enter a Code, Name, and Description for the reason. Checking the Requires Note option will make it so that, when recording the change, additional notes will be requested. To undo the changes made to the reason list, click the Undo button. When finished creating the reason, click Save.
After clicking Save, the new reason will appear on the list.
Editing a Reason
To edit a menu plan change reason, click Edit next to the reason you would like to change. The process of editing a reason is virtually identical to adding an reason.
Deleting a Reason
To delete a menu plan change reason, click the Red X next to the reason you would like to remove. At the confirmation prompt, click Yes to delete the reason.
