View Menu Plan

The View Menu Plan link enables you to view and edit menu plans that have already been published.
Search Options
Select one or more search criteria to find a menu plan.
Site
This option lets you search for menu plans for a specific school or all schools.
Menu Plan Date Range
This option lets you end a start date and end date, and will return any menu plans published within that time frame. This defaults to the next week.
Item ID
You can enter an Item ID to search for any menu plans containing a specific item.
Menu Type
You can search for a particular type of menu, such as lunch at elementary schools, by choosing an option from this list.
Cycle Name
This option enables you to search for menu plans associated with a particular menu cycle.
Menu Plan Stage
You can also search for menu plans that are in a specific stage of development, such as "Serving" or "Planning."
Status
This option lets you specify if you want to search for active or inactive menu plans.
Search
After entering your search criteria, click Search.
Search Results
After clicking Search, a list of any menu plans that match your search criteria displays beneath the search form.
Click the column headings to sort by that heading.
Edit
Click the Edit link to view and change a menu plan. You will be taken to the Menu Plan Editor on the tab for the current stage of this menu plan.
Delete
Click the red X to delete a menu plan.
Note: You can only delete ad hoc menu plans.
