Publish Menu Plan from Menu Cycle

Once your cycles have been created and forecasts have been updated, you can publish menu plans to sites from your menu cycles. Multiple menu cycles may be queued for publishing, and these cycles will publish in the order they were submitted.

Menu Cycle
The Menu Cycle field consists of a drop-down list that allows you to select a menu cycle to publish. Only active cycles will appear in this list.

Publish Date Range
The Publish Date Range field consists of two fields, allowing you to enter a specific date range for the cycle you are publishing. You have two options to enter the dates. You can click on the field and type in the date, or you can select the calendar icon next to the blank field that opens a calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar and it automatically populates the field.

Start from:
The "Start from" drop-down menu allows you to select a starting week in the selected cycle to publish. This can be useful if you only need publish data for a short time period. To use this feature, select a week from the drop-down menu. The default is Week 1.

TARGET SITES/SITE GROUPS
The Target Sites/Site Groups window allows you to select the site or site group from which you are publishing menus.

Available Sites
The Available Sites option serves two functions. If you want to publish from all available sites, select Available Sites. Next, select the specific site from the drop-down list.

Available Site Groups
The Available Sites Groups option serves two functions. If you want to publish from all available site groups, select Available Site Groups. Next, select a specific site group from the drop-down list.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to publish a menu plan and returns you back to the Menu Planning and Production page.

Publish
Click Publish once all known menu cycle criteria have been entered.
