View Cycle

The View Cycle section enables you to search for, view and edit existing menu cycles.

Menu Cycle Search Filters

Cycle Name
The Cycle Name field allows you to enter a cycle name to search for.

Grade Range
The Grade Range field consists of two drop-down lists, allowing you to select a specific grade range for the cycle you are searching. The first drop-down list allows you to select a beginning grade level and second drop-down list is to select an ending grade level.

Cycle Size
The Cycle Size field consists of a drop-down list that allows you to select the cycle size by the number of weeks. The maximum number of weeks you can select is 12 weeks.

Status
The Status field consists of a drop-down list that allows you to select menu plans that are in specific state. Options are Active, Inactive, and All.

Search
The Search button locates a menu cycle to edit, copy, or delete based on the menu cycle search criteria entered.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to search for a menu cycle and returns you back to the Menu Planning and Production page.

Search Results

Cycle Name
The cycle name of the menu cycle is displayed.

Cycle Size
The cycle size of the menu cycle is displayed in weeks.

Grade Range
The grade range of the menu cycle is displayed.

Edit
The Edit link returns you to the Menu Cycle Detail page. From this page, you can edit the menu plan types for the selected menu cycle. Refer to previous content covered on the Menu Cycle Detail page.

Copy
The Copy link opens the Copy Menu Cycle page, which allows you to search for a menu plan to duplicate.

Delete
The Delete button allows you to permanently delete the selected menu plan cycle.

Note: Published menu cycles cannot be deleted.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to search for a menu cycle and returns you back to the Menu Planning and Production page.

After selecting a menu cycle, you will taken to the Menu Cycle Detail page.
