Publish Menu Plan from Template

If you do not use cycles, you can publish menu plans to sites directly from templates. You can also fix published templates on cycles if there was an error instead of publishing the entire cycle again.
Menu Plan Template
Use the combo box to select the Menu Plan Template that you want to publish. Only active templates will display in this field.
Publish to Date
Enter the date that you want to publish to or use the calendar control to select the date.
Menu Plan Type
The Menu Plan Type field will automatically update to the type that is selected on the template that you are publishing. This field cannot be changed.
Publish Mode
When publishing, you can either append the items to an existing template or replace the entire template. Select Append items if you would like to add a template to a published menu. Select Replace items if you would like to replace an entire menu type with the new template.
Target Sites/Site Groups
Select either Available Sites and Available Site Groups, depending on how you want to publish the template. Then, choose the site or site group from the corresponding drop-down menu.
These menus are populated by the Site and Site Group options configured through EZ Views.
Publish
Once you have made all of your selections, click Publish. You can queue multiple menu plan templates to publish, and these templates will publish in the order they were submitted.
After clicking Publish, a confirmation screen showing the menu plans that will be created displays. If the information is correct, click Continue. If not, click Cancel and change your selections.
If you attempt to publish a template to a date that already has menu plans for the selected sites and meal sessions, you will receive a warning about menu plans that will be overwritten. If orders have been placed against the existing menu plans, you will receive a message that the menu plan could not be created because an order has been placed against the existing menu plan.
You can queue multiple menu plan templates to publish, and these templates will publish in the order they were submitted.
