View Publishing Status (Menu Cycles)

The Menu Publish Status page allows you to enter one or more search criteria to view publishing history of a specific menu cycle. This page also displays the progress of the menus being published as well as what menus are being queued for publishing.

Publishing Status Search Filters

Publish Date Range
The Publish Date Range field consists of two fields, allowing you to enter a specific date range for the menu publishing history you want to view. You have two options to enter the dates. You can click on the field and type in the date, or you can select the calendar icon next to the blank field that opens a calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar and it automatically populates the field.

Template/CycleName
The Template/Cycle Name field allows you to enter the template/cycle name to view the menu publishing history.

Publish Mode
The Publish Mode field consists of a drop-down list that allows you to select the publish mode (such as "Overwrite" or "Append") when viewing the menu publish history.

Status
The Status field allows you to enter menu plans that are in specific state when viewing the menu publish history.

TARGET SITES/SITE GROUPS
The Target Sites/Site Groups window allows you to select all sites and groups, available sites or available site groups when viewing the menu publishing history.

All Sites and Groups radio button
The All Sites and Groups radio button searches for a template/cycle name from all sites and groups.

Available Sites radio button
The Available Sites radio button serves searches for a template/cycle name from a specific site. Select the Available Sites radio button to search for a specific site. Next, select the actual site from the drop-down list.

Available Site Groups radio button
The Available Site Groups radio button serves searches for a template/cycle name from a specific site group. Select the Available Site Groups radio button to search a site group. Next, select an actual site group form the drop-down list.

Only my history checkbox
The Only my history checkbox searches the publishing history for menu cycles published by you.

Search
The Search button searches for the publishing history of all menu cycles based on the criteria entered in the search fields.

Search Results

Template/CycleName
The template/cycle name of the published menu cycle is displayed.

Publish Mode
The publish mode of the published menu cycle is displayed.

Site
The site of the published menu cycle is displayed.

Start Date
The start date of the published menu cycle is displayed.

End Date
The end date of the published menu cycle is displayed.

Status
The status of the published menu cycle(s) is displayed.

Owner
The owner of the published menu cycle(s) is displayed.
