Order by Production Schedule

Order by Production Schedule allows you to generate orders by production schedule based on site and production schedule dates.

Site
The Site drop-down list allows you to select which site to generate a production schedule order.

Start Date
The Start Date will generate orders for production schedules with a start date of today.

Thru Date
The Thru Date will stop the generated orders for menu plans based on the selected thru date. You have two options to enter the Thru Date. You can click on the field and type in the date, or you can click on the field to select the date from the calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar, and it automatically populates the field.

List Production Schedules
The List Production Schedules button displays available production schedules for the selected site based on the dates entered.

Production Date
The Production Date field displays the date the specific production schedule is to be produced.

Production Schedule Status
The Production Schedule Status field displays the current production schedule status of the order.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to a generate production schedule for an order and returns you back to the Ordering page.

Generate Orders
The Generate Orders button produces a production schedule for an order. After generating an order, the Ordering Status page will appear to show the order's completion progress.

Error Messages
In the event an error occurs while generating the orders, you will be notified through an error message at the top of the page. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but if it does, the order will still remain and can be re-submitted by clicking the Resume button that appears next to the order. However, you must address and resolve the error before clicking Resume. Contact Technical Support if you need assistance in this.
