Order by Menu Plan

Order by Menu Plan allows you to generate orders by menu plan based on site and menu plan dates.

Site
The Site drop-down list allows you to select which site to generate a menu plan order.

Start Date
The Start Date will generate orders for menu plans with a start date of today.

Thru Date
The Thru Date will stop the generated orders for menu plans based on the selected thru date. You have two options to enter the Thru Date. You can click on the field and type in the date or you can click on the field to select the date from the calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar and it automatically populates the field.

List Menu Plans
The List Menu Plans button will display available menu plans for the selected site based on the dates entered.

Site
The Site field displays the selected site.

Menu Plan Date
The Menu Plan Date field displays the date the specific menu plan will be served. Selecting the menu plan date will open the Menu Plan Editor page.

Menu Plan Type
The Menu Plan Type field displays the menu type.

Menu Plan Stage
The Menu Plan Stage field displays the current stage of the menu plan. Menu plans must be in a stage prior to preparing in order to generate orders for that menu plan.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to generate an order from menu plan and returns you back to the Ordering page.

Generate Orders
The Generate Orders button produces an order based on the menu plan requirements. After generating an order, the Ordering Status page will appear to show order's completion progress.
