Production Schedules

Click the Production Schedules link to search for an existing production schedule.

You can search by the following fields:

  • Production Schedule Date Range
  • Production Schedule Stage
  • Status
  • Menu Plan Date Range
  • Menu Plan Status
  • Order Deliver Date Range
  • Order Status
  • Item ID
  • Sites

Production Schedule Date Range
Searching for a production schedule date range is the most common search criteria. Enter a start and end date for the range. When you click Search, any production schedules occurring in that range will display.

Production Schedule Stage
This option lets you search for a production schedule that is in a particular stage. The options include:

  • All
  • Created
  • Planning
  • Planning Complete
  • Generating Orders
  • Generating Orders Complete
  • Pre-Production
  • Pre-Production Complete
  • Post-Production
  • Post-Production Complete
  • Updating Inventory
  • Updating Inventory Complete

Status
This option lets you search for Active, Inactive, or All production schedules.

Menu Plan Date Range
Enter a start and end date for the range. When you click Search, any menu plans occurring in that range will display.

Menu Plan Status
This option lets you search for a production schedule that is in a particular stage. The options include:

  • Created
  • Planning
  • Planning Complete
  • Generating Orders
  • Generating Orders Complete
  • Generating Orders Skipped
  • Preparing
  • Preparing Complete
  • Serving
  • Serving Complete
  • Updating Inventory
  • Updating Inventory Complete

Order Deliver Date Range
Enter a start and end date for the range. When you click Search, any production schedules that must be delivered in a particular range will display.

Order Status
This option lets you search for a production schedule that is in a particular ordering stage. The options include:

  • All
  • Approved
  • Received
  • Received-Partial
  • Released
  • Released-In Transit
  • Saved
  • Submitted

Item ID
You can also enter an Item ID to search for any item or recipe that is being used within a production schedule. This can be particularly useful if, for example, you want to substitute commodity milk with purchased milk throughout a production schedule.

Sites
This option lets you specify a particular site that uses a production schedule.

Search
Click Search after selecting your production schedule criteria.

A list of Production Schedules displays, including the site that uses the schedule, the date for the schedule, the schedule name, and schedule status. If multiple menu plans exist for a single day, they are combined into a single production schedule.
