Sales History

The Sales History Page displays the history of Point of Sale transactions for a specific customer. If no sales history is available, in lieu of information, a message stating No Sales History Found is displayed.
Customer Name
Customer Name displays the name of the customer selected.
Customer ID
Customer ID displays the ID of the customer selected.
Site ID
Displays the Site ID of the customer selected.
Bar Code
Bar Code displays the bar code of the customer selected.
Date/Time
Date/Time displays the date and time the point of sale transaction occurred. Click the date/time for any transaction to see the item details of that transaction.
Transaction #
Transaction # is the unique number assigned to the point of sales transaction. This number is used to refer to the overall transaction and can be seen on the transaction log for a specific day. Click the transaction # for any transaction to see the item details of that transaction.
Session
Session notes what session the transaction occurred in: Breakfast, Lunch or Other.
Sale Amount
Sale Amount is the cash value for the item or meal purchased for this customer. Keep in mind, if a customer with the status of Free receives a reimbursable meal the amount in this field will be $0.00, because the customer does not pay for reimbursable meals.
Credit Used
Credit Used notes if meal credits were used as payment for the transaction. If no credits are used, 0 is noted in this field.
Acct Cash Used
Acct Cash Used notes how much account cash was used to pay for the sales transaction.
Account
The Account field shows whether or not a transaction includes an overpayment. An overpayment is an amount paid to a customer's account over the amount they owe for a particular transaction. N indicates NO, an overpayment was not included in the transaction. Y indicates YES, there was an overpayment.
