Eligibility Information
The Eligibility Information page describes the eligibility information for the selected customer.
With the proper process assigned, you can edit the eligibility status of a student one time if the prior status is no longer applicable. See the Eligibility Status field (below) and the WebSMARTT Security Administration help for more information. The manual eligibility status change is limited to one time, with a default expiration of 10 days before the status reverts back to prior type.
Customer Name
Customer Name displays the name of the customer selected.
Customer ID
Customer ID displays the ID of the customer selected.
Bar Code
Bar Code displays the bar code of the customer selected.
Eligibility Status
Eligibility Status determines how the customer will be charged for meals. See the How to edit eligibility information topic for help on changing the status.
This field is only editable if you have the proper permissions (Update Customer Eligibility Status) AND the customer record does not contain an application number or is direct certified.
Effective Date
Effective Date is the date that the specified status is effective. This field is linked to the application on file, if one exists.
Expiration Date
Expiration Date defaults to the date entered in the Setup | District | Meal Application Defaults Tab, Question 2 in WinSNAP. This is the date when the customer's status will change.
Next Status
Next Meal Status indicates the status that will be effective on the expiration date specified above.
Status Type
Status Type describes why the customer has a certain status and is automatically set by WinSNAP during the End of Year Utilities process or during the add or edit process within WinSNAP.
Application Number
The application number is the number for a specific application. This unique number is defined when the application is first created within WinSNAP.
