The Customer Find Page allows you to search for a customer or group of customers from this topic. If your search criteria returns more than one response, the list will be sorted first by last name. If your search yields only one response you will be sent directly to the Customer Information topic.

Customer ID
Search for a customer by entering a specific customer ID.

Bar Code
Search for a customer by entering a specific bar code.

Grade
Search for a customer by entering a specific grade.

Last Name
Search for a customer by entering a specific last name. You can enter just the first few letters of the customer's last name.

First Name
Search for a customer by entering a specific first name. You can enter just the first few letters of the customer's first name.

Record Code
Search for a customer by selecting a record code. This code can be Active, Inactive, or System (used by the program).

Guardian
Search for a customer by entering a specific guardian of a customer.

Homeroom
Search for a customer by entering a specific homeroom.

Attendance Status
Search for a customer by selecting an attendance status. The status may be Enrolled or Withdrawn.

Alternate ID
Search for a customer by entering their alternate ID.

Global Search
The Global Search radio button allows a global search of customers. This allows you to search to see if a customer is already added in the Central Office database. They may be currently setup at a different site. If that is the case you could call the Central Office and have them transfer them to this site. If the record is not already entered at the Central Office, you can create the customer record.

Search Button
Once information has been entered in one or more of the fields, select the Search Button to launch the search.

Reset Button
The Reset Button clears out information entered in a specific topic without saving the information.

Cancel Button
Cancel stops any searches that were started on this pages and returns you to the WebSMARTT Home page. To return to the Customer Find page, select the Customer Management option.

Browse by Last Name (A-Z and All)
You can search for the customer by selecting the first letter of the customer's last name from the alphabet listed. You can also select the All option and receive a list of all the customers listed by last name.

Add Adult
Click the Add Adult button to add an account for an adult customer. This will take you to the Customer Add page.
