New Features

• Import Roles - Added the ability to import and map roles utilizing SQL Server, Active Directory, and/or a Text File

Enhancements

• Review Letter Batches - Review Letter Batches has been changed in the following ways:
  • Changed the UI in the Review Past Letter Batches screen to tab-based functionality.

    Added User Defined Text column.
    Reports & Letters | Review Letter Batches

  • Changed the UI in the Review Letter Batch screen to tab-based functionality.

  • Added visibility to the batch via displaying Batch Details.

  • Removed unnecessary data tables.

  • Added multi-select and the ability to only print selected letters as well as continued ability to reprint the entire batch.

  • Made changes to the system to display historical amounts at the time the initial letter batch was created.

  • Made changes to the system to display historical “principal” amounts at the time the initial letter batch was created.

    Student Specific Information

    If a student’s contact information has changed between the initial letter creation and the time of reprint, the letter will display the student’s current contact information (e.g. address change)
