After clicking Receive Items, the Instant Receive page will display the selected items that were received.
Source
The Source field displays the location the item was received from.
Date Received
The Date Received displays the date the item was received at the site.
Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.
Description
The Description field displays a brief description of the item.
Qty Received
The Qty Received field displays the quantity of items received at the site.
Units
The Units field displays the unit of the received item.
Price
The Price displays the price per unit of the item.
Total
The Total field displays the total price of the item.
Inv. #
The Inv. # field displays the invoice number of the order.
Total
The final Total field, under the list of items, displays the overall total price of the instant receipt.
