Transfer Items Out

The Transfer Items Out page displays the items to be transferred from one site to another.

Transfer from site
The Transfer from site drop-down list allows you to select the location that is transferring the item.

Transfer to site
The Transfer to site drop-down list allows you to select the location that will receive the item.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.

Description
The Description field displays the description of the item.

Qty on Hand
The Qty on Hand field displays the quantity on-hand of the item at the source site.

Units
The Units field displays the unit that is being transferred.

Transfer Qty
The Transfer Qty is a blank field that allows you to enter the quantity of the item to be transferred.

Units
The Units drop-down list allows you to select the unit that is being transferred.

X (delete)
The X button allows you to delete the item from the current order to be transferred. When deleting, you will prompted to confirm before deleting the item from the transfer.

Add Item
The Add Item field allows you to enter the item's ID or description to add or search for when transferring an item.

Add
The Add button locates an item based on the item ID or description entered. If an Item ID is entered, this will refresh the page, displaying the item to be transferred. If a description is entered, the Item Select page will open.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to transfer an item and returns you back to the Ordering page.
When canceling, you will be prompted to confirm before canceling the transfer.

Transfer Items Out
The Transfer Items Out button initiates the process to transfer the selected items.
When transferring, you will be prompted to confirm before transferring the items.
