Receive Transferred Items

The Receive Transferred Items link allows you to receive items transferred from another site.

Normal Search and Advanced Search
By default, the Order Search page offers a few filters. To add the Order #, Creation Date, ASAP Orders, Receive Date, and Commodity Item filters, click Switch to Advanced Search. Click Switch to Normal Search to stop showing the additional fields. Note that the Normal Search window is the default setting; the Advanced Search window is displayed in the above image to show all available fields.

Source
The Source drop-down list allows you to select the location the item will be shipped. The source will either be the name of the vendor or source site.

Need Date: From/To
Need Date consists of two fields. The From field allows you to select the first date the order will be needed at the site. The To field allows you to select the last date the order will be needed at the site.
Click on both fields and type in the date or click on the field to select the date from a calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar and it automatically populates the field.

Item ID
The Item ID field allows you to enter the ID of the item you are searching for.

Order Stage
The Order Stage drop-down list allows you to select the stage of the order.

Delivery Date: From/To
Delivery Date consists of two fields. The From field allows you to select the first date the order will be delivered to the site. The To field allows you to select the last date the order will be delivered to the site.
Click on both fields and type in the date or click on the field to select the date from a calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar and it automatically populates the field.

Item Desc
The Item Desc field allows you to enter the description of the item you are searching for.

Order #
The Order # field allows you to enter the order number of the order you are searching for.

Creation Date: From/To

ASAP Orders
The ASAP Orders checkbox allows you to select if ASAP orders should be included in the order search. If selected, the program will search for all orders containing at least one item marked as ASAP.

Receive Date: From/To
Receive Date consists of two fields. The From field allows you to select the first date the order was received at the site. The To field allows you to select the last date the order was received at the site.
Click on both fields and type in the date or click on the field to select a date from a calendar window. Select the desired date from the calendar and it automatically populates the field.

Commodity Item
The Commodity Item checkbox allows you to select if commodity items should be included in the order search. If selected, the program will search for all orders containing at least one commodity item.

Search
The Search button locates an order in the database based on the search criteria entered.

Order #
The Order # field displays the order number. Clicking on a specific order number will open the Order Details page. All transfers will have an order number starting with STS.

Delivery Date
The Delivery Date field displays the date the order was delivered at the site.

Need Date
The Need Date field displays the date the order was needed at the site.

Source
The Source field displays the location the item was shipped from.

Stage
The Stage field displays the stage of the order. The number of boxes shaded indicates the status of the order

Creation Date
The Creation Date displays the date the order was created.

Action
The Action field displays any actions that are allowed at the stage of the order. Clicking on the Edit link of a specific order will open the Order Details page.
