View Temperature Records

Once you've recorded temperatures in the system, you can search for specific temperature records, or groups of temperature records using the filters in the search screen.

Site
Use the Site drop-down menu to select a site if you want to search for temperature records by site.

Site Groups
Use the Site Groups drop-down menu to select a site group if you want to search for temperature records by site group. 

Recording Time
Enter a time range in the blank fields or by using the clock icon to select the time if you want to search for temperature records in a specific time range.

Item ID
Enter an Item ID or use the binocular icon to select an Item ID if you want to search for temperature records by Item ID.

Recording Date
Enter a recorded date range in the blank fields or by using the calendar icon to select dates if you want to search for temperature records in a specific recorded date range.

Inventory Category
Use the drop-down menu to select an inventory category if you want to search for temperature records by inventory category.

Menu Plan Date
Enter a menu plan date range in the blank fields or by using the calendar icon to select dates if you want to search for temperature records in a specific menu plan date range.

Operational Steps
Use the drop-down menu to select an operational step if you want to search for temperature records by operational step.

Search
Click Search once you have selected your filters to get a list of recorded temperatures that match your filter selections.

Cancel
Click Cancel if you want to close the page without completing your search.
