The Quick Search pane on the HACCP tab lets you search for temperature records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Use the Temperature Records field to search for temperature records. Enter an Item ID, Item Description, Operational Step name, User Name, or Inventory Category name. If you enter an Item ID, all the temperature records for that Item ID are displayed. If you enter other information, such as an Item Description or an Inventory Category name, the search will display temperature records for all items that contain the words you entered.
Use the SOPs field to search for Standard Operating Procedures. Enter a phrase containing any part of the SOP name, purpose, scope, or keywords (from the detailed SOP. All SOPs that contain the phrase are displayed in the search list.
