What problem are you having?

How do I send report information to a file?

 

Our Diagnosis

Try This

 

1. Select the view option of a report.
Several icons appear at the top of the report.
2. Select the icon of the arrow going into the envelope.
Allows the user to export the data.
3. Select Format: (Text, Word, Excel, etc).
4. Select Destination (Disk File, Lotus Notes, etc).
5. Click OK.
6. Select the Location to Save To.
7. Click OK.


I have custom reports, but they are not available from any report options.

Did you add the report to the Custom Work
Table?--- EZ Views

Custom Work

In order to view information about the custom report (such as the primary table name and instructions for data input) right click on the report and go to Properties/Summarytab.
Note: Custom Reports are not valid in WebSMARTT unless the Central Office has set them up. See the WinSNAP On-line help for more information.
