Report Batch Viewer

The Report Batch Viewer allows you to view or print a batch of reports all at once. This eliminates having to select each report individually. This is very helpful for reports that are run daily.

Report Batch Viewer Fields

Report Batch

Select the report batch that you would like to view or print from the drop-down box.

Tip: The choices available are entered into WinSNAP at the Central Office through the Setup | System | Report Batches Tab.

Status

The Status field will display the status of the reports. Example: "Report: 'Item Sales' has completed." or "Batch: 'End of Day' has completed."

Site Group

Select this button to select a site group. Then, select the desired group from the drop-down box.

Site

Select this button to select a specific site. Then, select the desired site from the drop-down box.

Start Date

The Start Date field will default to the computer date (usually today's date). Modify this field if you want the report to reflect a different date.

End Date

The End Date field will default to the computer date (usually today's date). Modify this field if you want the report to reflect a different date.

Meal Session

Select a Meal Session from the drop-down box. The choices are: All, Breakfast, Lunch and Other. The default for this field is All.

Program

Select a Program from the drop-down box. The choices are: All, After School Snack, Headstart, National School Lunch, School Breakfast and Special Milk. The default for this field is All or "blank" when a specific meal program does not apply.

Print

Select the Print button to send the reports straight to the printer.

View

Select the View button to view the reports on-screen before sending them to the printer.

Cancel

Select Cancel to close the Report Batch Viewer.

Help

Select Help to view help for the Report Batch Viewer.

How to Print a Batch Report

  1. On the WebSMARTT Quick Launch toolbar, click the Report Batch Viewer icon (). The Report Batch Viewer will open.
  2. Select the desired report batch.
  3. Set any parameters, such as Site Group, Site, Start Date, End Date, Meal Session, and Program.
  4. Click View to see the reports prior to printing.
  5. Click Print to print the report.
  6. Click Cancel to close the Report Batch Viewer.

Note: If you receive one or more login prompts while running a report batch, you may have custom reports that need to be updated. Contact WebSMARTT Technical Support to arrange this.
