View Items

The View Items window displays the results of the searched allergen definitions based on the criteria entered.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item detail information from the search results. Clicking on the Item ID header will sort the column from either ascending or descending.

Item Description
The Item Description field displays a detailed description of the item from the search results. Clicking on the Item Description header will sort the column from either ascending or descending.

Inventory Category
The Inventory Category field displays the inventory category of the search results.

Scale Recipe
The Scale Recipe field displays the scale recipe from the search results.

Allergen
The Allergen link opens the item wizard, allowing you to edit item information. Please refer to the Add Item help for more information.

Edit
The Edit link opens the Edit Item window, allowing you to edit item information.

Add/Copy
The Add/Copy link opens Add New Item information window. This allows you to enter target information, select the item data to copy, and generate your new item.

X Button
The X button deletes the selected item.

Records per Page
The 'Show records per page' drop-down menu allows you the option to view 10, 25, 50 and 100 records per page.

Add New Item
The Add New Item window will open. Select one of three options to create a new item using our blank template.

Cancel
The Cancel button terminates any requests to search for an inventory category and returns you back to the Item Management page.
