Commodity Order Form Report

The Commodity Order Form report displays a commodity order form of an item(s) based on the site's allocated quantity. A site that does not use WebSMARTT Ordering would print this to create a blank form that could then be completed for Commodity Allocation orders. This report can only be filtered by site. Item filtering is not appropriate for this report.

Print
The Print button allows you to view and print the Commodity Order Form report.

Close
The Close button closes the Commodity Order Form page and returns you back to the Reports page.
