Compare Allocations

The Compare Allocations page displays a comparison of the allocations of one item between different sites.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the ID of the item being compared.

Description
The Description field displays the description of the item being compared.

Commodity
The Commodity field displays the commodity status of the item being compared.

District Allocation
The District Allocation field displays the quantity of the item that is available for allocation district-wide.

Total Site Allocations
The Total Site Allocations field displays the quantity of the item that has been allocated to all sites.

Unallocated
The Unallocated field displays the quantity of the item that has not been allocated to sites.

Site ID
The Site ID field displays the site's ID.

Site Name
The Site Name field displays the name of the site.

ADP
The ADP field displays the Average Daily Participation of the site. Note that the ADP values might differ from the ADP values assigned at the time of allocation.

%
The percentage (%) sign displays the percent ADP of the site.

Site Allocation Qty | Unit
The Site Allocation Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and units of the item that has been allocated to a site.

Site Ordered Qty | Unit
The Site Ordered Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and units of the item that has been ordered by a site.

Site Allocation Remaining Qty | Unit
The Site Allocation Remaining Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and units of the item that has been allocated to a site, but has not been ordered.

Cancel
The Cancel button returns you to the View Item Allocation Details page.
