Single-item, Multi-site Order Generation

The Single-Item, Multi-Site Order Generation link allows you to set up orders for a single commodity item for multiple sites.
Item ID
The Item ID field displays the ID of the item being compared.
Description
The Description field displays the description of the item being compared.
Site ID
The Site ID field displays the site's ID.
Site Name
The Site Name field displays the name of the site.
Site Allocation Qty | Unit
The Site Allocation Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and units of the item that has been allocated to a site.
Site Allocation Remaining Qty | Unit
The Site Allocation Remaining Qty ǀ Unit field displays the quantity and units of the item that has been allocated to a site, but has not been ordered.
Qty To Be Ordered Qty | Unit
Qty To Be Ordered Qty ǀ Unit consists of two fields. The Qty field allows you to enter the quantity of the item to be ordered. The Unit drop-down list allows you to select the type of unit to be ordered.
Qty Per Order Qty | Unit
Qty Per Order Qty ǀ Unit consists of two fields. The Qty field allows you to enter the quantity of the item per order. The Unit drop-down list allows you to select the type of unit of the item per order.
First Order Date
The First Order Date field allows you to enter the date the first order is due.
Frequency
The Frequency field allows you to enter how often the orders are due.
X (delete)
The X button allows you to delete an individual item from the current single commodity allocation.
Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to setup an order for a single commodity item and returns you to the View Item Allocation Details page.
Generate
The Generate button saves the orders of the item at multiple sites.
