Deposit Select Cashier/Terminal

The Deposit Select Cashier/Terminal Page appears as a result of either selecting by cashier or by terminal on the Deposit Select Type page. This page allows you to enter a deposit for a specific cashier, terminal, or a manager.
Date
The date reflected in this field is the same as the date defined on the Deposit Start page.
Active Terminals for this Date
The Active Terminals for this Date window displays all the cashiers/terminals that were used during the meal sessions for the date displayed in the Date Field. This window also displays an option called Manager Deposit, which allows you to enter a separate deposit for the manager at the site.
Enter Deposit Button
Select the Enter Deposit Button after you have selected an option from the active cashiers for this date Field. The Deposit Entry page will open for you to enter a deposit breakdown. Select the Enter Button when the deposit entries have been made to return to the Deposit Select Cashier/Terminal Page. Repeat this process for each option listed within the active cashiers for this date window and the system will total all the deposits entered. Once all the deposits for the cashiers have been entered, select the Complete Deposit button to return to the Deposit Summary page.
Change Deposit Type Button
Select the Change Deposit Type button to return to the Deposit Select Type page. A message appears stating that changing the Deposit Type will delete and restart the deposit for this date. It also asks if you want to continue. Selecting the OK button takes you to the Deposit Select Type page. Select the Cancel button to remain on the current page.
Complete Deposit Button
The Complete Deposit Button takes you to the Deposit Summary page.
Note: If a user does not have edit permission in WebSMARTT Security Administration, the button shown is Deposit Summary instead of Complete Deposit . Deposit breakdown cannot be changed on the Deposit Entry screen if permission is not granted.
Cancel Button
The Cancel Button takes you to the WebSMARTT Home page.
