Deposit Start

This Deposit Start Page allows you to select the date for the bank deposit.

Bank Deposit Reports
Select the Bank Deposit Reports link to take you to the Select Bank Deposit Report page.

The <<< Button moves the date back by 1 month from the current date listed in the Date Field. For example, if the date displayed is Wednesday, December 06, 2017, selecting this button changes the date to Monday, November 06, 2017.

<<
The << Button moves the date back by 1 week from the current date listed in the Date Field. For example, if the date displayed is Wednesday, December 06, 2017, selecting this button changes the date to Wednesday, November 29, 2017.

<
The < Button moves the date back by 1 day from the current date listed in the Date Field. For example, if the date displayed is Wednesday, December 06, 2002, selecting this button changes the date to Tuesday, December 05, 2002.

Date
The Date Field lists today's date (the system date) when the window first appears. The date is listed in the following order: weekday name, month, 2 digit day, and 4 digit year. For example Wednesday, December 06, 2017.

The > Button moves the date forward by 1 day from the current date listed in the Date Field. For example, if the date displayed is Wednesday, December 06, 2017, selecting this button changes the date to Thursday, December 07, 2017.

>>
The >> Button moves the date forward by 1 week from the current date listed in the Date Field. For example, if the date displayed is Wednesday, December 06, 2017, selecting this button changes the date to Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

>>>
The >>> Button moves the date forward by 1 month from the current date listed in the Date Field. For example, if the date displayed is Wednesday, December 06, 2017, selecting this button changes the date to Saturday, January 06, 2018.

Next Button
The Next Button takes you to the Deposit Adjustment page where you can enter Miscellaneous Revenue, Expenses and User Field information.

Note: The names of these Revenues, Expenses and User Fields are defined in WinSNAP's Setup | District | Financial Tab.

Reset Button
The Reset Button takes the date back to today's date.

Cancel Button
The Cancel Button takes you to the WebSMARTT Home page.
