FDPIR Support

Scan Form Maintenance and the applications screen have been updated to include FDPIR and not solely SNAP and TANF. System processes have also been updated to support/reference FDPIR when selected.



Scan Forms

From the Administration and Maintenance tab, click on Miscellaneous Setup. Then, select Scan Forms.


Select an existing form and click Edit or Add to add a new scan form. For detailed instructions, refer to Scan Forms in the Franklin Administration Guide.


Establish Default Case Types by using the drop-down menus. Then, click Save Changes.


Applications

From the Home tab, choose Student Lookup and select a student to review/edit or Add Keyed Application to access an application.


In the Application Fields section, note the Case Number, Alt Case #, Type, and Recp'int. Use the drop-down menu to select the correct Type (SNAP, TANF, FDPIR) if necessary.
