View Item Allocation Details

The View Item Allocation Details link allows you to view the details for a single allocation item.

Item ID
The Item ID field allows you to enter the item's ID.

Magnifying Glass
Once the Item ID is entered, click the magnifying glass icon to search for the item.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.

Description
The Description field displays the description of the item.

Compare Allocations
The Compare Allocations button allows you to view a comparison of the allocations of one item between different sites.

Allocation Type
The Allocation Type field displays the type of allocation for the selected item.

District Allocation
The District Allocation field displays the quantity of the item that is available for allocation district-wide.

Total Site Allocations
The Total Site Allocations field displays the quantity of the item that has been allocated to all sites.

Unallocated
The Unallocated field displays the quantity of the item that has not been allocated to sites.
