Synchronize Provision 2 Base Year

The Synchronize Provision 2 Base Year adds support to synchronize PV2 Base Year figures from DataCenter when enabling the FNS-742 Verification Summary report and other reports to calculate values for cells 4-4 and 5-1.
Step 1: Establish Provision 2 schools and meals in DataCenter.
Step 2: Establish Provision 2 schools in Franklin under Administration and Maintenance > Miscellaneous Setup > Schools > Schools.
Step 3: From the Utilities tab, locate and click on Datacenter. Then, select Full Sync.
Step 4: From the Reports tab, locate and click on Verification Reports. Then, select Verification Summary FNS-742.
Step 5: Establish Verification Summary FNC-742 report option. Then, click Ok.
