Enhancements

  • ED 18968 - Added a site setting Require Issuing in Production . If prepared counts exists, the setting does not allow users to save production with 0 qty of items issued.

  • Fixed a bug that was not copying the side/entrée links on the menu template when copying one day to another
  • ED 12172 - Fixed a bug that was not copying ordering restriction tags when creating an item as a copy of an existing item

    Added a “test” button to allow users to preview report menu configs that are not assigned to them.

    Changes in Report Menu Configurations no longer requires a restart of the program.

  • Physical Inventory Update - Home | Physical Inventory | Ad-Hoc Physical Inventory | Filter by any option to create a “filtered” physical inventory

    When adding items to an already “filtered” physical inventory, the program will add the item and calculate the existing quantity on hand rather than creating a new inventory tag to add new inventory quantities.  This will allow users to add items to a “filtered” physical and the quantity entered will be the current count, rather than increasing the stock quantity by that amount.

    Consider meal planning counts for the site that is generating the Predictive Order.  This feature is important for Combo Sites, central kitchens that are also sites that meal plan.

  • Include Price on Item Usage Report - Administration | Items | Print | Item Usage | ‘Include Price Contracts’

    When running the item usage report from item maintenance, the price of the item will be included when including price contracts on the report

  • Save Place in Item Maintenance - Administration | Items
    When merging and deleting items, the program will now maintain the selected spot in item maintenance when refreshing rather than returning to the top of the item maintenance screen
  • CN 20 Update - Utilities | Advanced | Update CN Database

    Upgraded to CN 20 Database – users will need to pull in new database

  • Send Data To Tech Update - Utilities | Send Data To Tech

    Updated the send Data To Tech functionality to run in the background so users can continue to work in the program. 

    “Hide” – closes the data screen and can be reopened by clicking on the “Send Data to Tech” button again

    Added the ability to copy the filename for the MTD file – users can easily add the name of the database to their case or email
  • Inventory Tag Report Update - Added Receive Date to the field list to be used when customizing Report Layout Overrides
  • Update Generic SQL Data Set - Added Item Filter to Generic SQL Data Set when generating User Defined Reports
  • Update to Transfer Ticket Report - Updated the stock Transfer Ticket to include Order Comments, Transfer/Order Discrepancies & Order History

    This new stock layout is not available for existing report layout overrides.  Any existing customizations that would like to utilize the new format will need to be recreated using the new format.  This does not break existing customizations.

  • Item Maintenance Update - Administration | Items & Catalog Numbers | Items
    From Item Maintenance, users can highlight an item and use the advanced tool at the top of the screen to change the catalog number of an item, or merge the item into another

Fixes

  • Production Worksheet Combining Planned Meals - Fixed a bug when printing the production worksheet that was combining counts into a single meal’s worksheet rather than separating by meal.
  • Error when filling orders for a site - Added Shelf Life validation in item maintenance that resolves the issue of trying to fill an order that includes an item with a shelf life error
  • Physical Inventory not adjusting inventory using FIFO - Fixed the default sequence on inventory tag “auto-apply” when entering physical counts (consolidate by item) to favor issuing FIFO and receiving LIFO.
  • Weighted Nutrient Analysis Report – calculation issue - Corrected the Weighted Nutrient Analysis report to display the nutritional information calculated on the yield of the recipe and not on 100g
  • Shelf Life Error when Printing Physical Inventory Worksheet - Added Shelf Life validation in item maintenance that resolves the issue of trying to print a Physical Inventory Worksheet that includes the item with a shelf life error
  • Not ordering quantity needed from vendor - Updated the ordering quantity to always order at least one unit, even when the rounding attempts to round down to 0.
  • Save Layout for Receiving Screen not recognizing open tab - Fixed a bug that was prohibiting the save layout setting from recognizing an open receiving tab when attempting to save a layout
  • Production Worksheet not highlighting - Fixed a bug that was excluding the yellow highlighting from the Production Worksheet
  • Update wording on Override Request screen - Changed the wording from “cancel committed physical inventory” to read “cancel physical” – as this override is used to cancel an in progress or committed physical
  • Incorrect user showing on Transfer Ticket – Order Change Log - Fixed a bug in the transfer ticket order tracking sub-report that was identifying the incorrect user in the log
  • Resizing Production Wizard Issue - Added restrictions on resizing of the Production Wizard to eliminate the ability to scale down and hide existing buttons
  • Error when scanning barcodes for physical inventory - Fixed a bug when loading the barcode journal while scanning barcodes during physical inventory
  • Error when manufacturing an item with no serving sizes mapped - Fixed a bug in manufacturing when planning counts exist for an item with no serving sizes mapped.
  • Error when deleting a user via Right Click - Fixed a foreign key violation error when deleting a referenced user.
  • Bulk Wizard not auto selecting when single order is selected - When selecting a single order for Bulk Update, the wizard will now maintain the selection of the single order
