Enhancements

• ED  - Clear Leftover Comments - Added the ability to remove/clear existing leftover comments.
• ED  - Bid Analysis Opening Time - Added the ability to establish a time to Bid Opening Date.
• ED  - Mass Update Recipe Enhancement - Added the ability to mass update “Do Not Display Externally” option in recipe mass updater for ease of MealViewer and 3^rd party menu integration.

Fixes

• ED  - Fixed a bug that was ignoring the “Do Not Include Images” when images existed in Recipe Steps.
• ED  - Updated Grades 9-12 Meal Pattern Analysis to 3-Day Breakfast and 4-Day Lunch to reflect USDA standards.
• ED  - Fixed a bug in Agent Monitor logging that was causing instability when Agent Monitor was running and left open to monitor potential crash activity.
• ED  - Fixed a bug that was causing catering values to be suppressed when running the Cost of Food Used by Meal and Day report.
